Οι παραδόσεις των προϊόντων γίνονται σε όλη την Ελλάδα με κόστος 3.00€μέσω της εταιρείας ΑCS ή μέσω του Ταχυδρομείου εντός 1-3 εργάσιμων ημερών, εκτός από περιοχές που θεωρούνται δυσπρόσιτες που εκεί υπάρχει επικοινωνία με την Courier για εκτιμόμενο χρόνο παράδσης.

Σε περίπτωση που θέλετε να κάνετε κάποια αλλαγή το scherzo.gr σας δίνει τη δυνατότητα να δηλώσετε την επιθυμία σας προς αλλαγή σε χρονικό διάστημα 15 ημερών από την παραλαβή του και να το αντικαταστήσουμε με άλλο προϊόν που θα επιλέξετε σε ίδια ή μεγαλύτερη τιμή από αυτή του προϊόντος που έχετε ήδη αγοράσει. ΕΠΙΣΤΡΟΦΗ ΧΡΗΜΑΤΩΝ ΓΙΝΕΤΑΙ ΜΟΝΟ ΣΤΗΝ ΠΕΡΙΠΤΩΣΗ ΠΟΥ ΤΟ ΚΑΤΑΣΤΗΜΑ ΜΑΣ ΕΥΘΥΝΕΤΑΙ ΓΙΑ ΦΘΟΡΑ ΤΟΥ ΠΑΡΑΛΑΜΒΑΝΟΜΕΝΟΥ ΡΟΥΧΟΥ. ΔΕΝ γίνονται αλλαγές προϊόντων παλιάς με προϊόντα νέας κολεξιόν.

Διευκρινίζεται ότι το επιστρεφόμενο προϊόν πρέπει να βρίσκεται στην αρχική του κατάσταση. Συγκεκριμένα το επιστρεφόμενο προϊόν δεν πρέπει να έχει φορεθεί πέρα από την δοκιμή, σιδερωθεί, πλυθεί ή υποστεί οποιαδήποτε άλλη διαδικασία καθαρισμού. Αν διαπιστωθεί ότι το προϊόν έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί ή φθαρθεί εφόσον επιστρέψει στην εταιρία, αυτομάτως το προϊόν επιστρέφεται στον πελάτη και δεν μπορεί να πραγματοποιηθεί αλλαγή. Επίσης τυχόν ετικέτες που συνοδεύουν το προϊόν θα πρέπει να υπάρχουν, όπως ακριβώς ήταν όταν το παραλάβατε μαζί με την απόδειξη λιανικής πώλησης.

Σε όλες τις παραπάνω περιπτώσεις τα έξοδα αλλαγής βαρύνουν τον πελάτη (5€),ο οποίος και θα φέρει την ευθύνη για την απώλεια, την καταστροφή ή χειροτέρευση των επιστρεφόμενων προϊόντων μέχρι την παραλαβή τους. Στην περίπτωση που ο λόγος της επιστροφής σας αφορά σε λάθος της εταιρείας δεσμευόμαστε να αναλάβουμε το κόστος επιστροφής του προϊόντος.
